150g Rice Noodles (Rice Flour 93% Water) and 150g Pad Thai Sauce (Sugar, Tamarind Juice 23%, Shallot, Garlic, Water, Vinegar, Yeast Extract, Tomato Concentrate (Tomato, Water, Sugar), Salt, Antioxidant (Citric Acid, Dl-alpha-tocopherol Acetate) and Thickener: Xanthan Gum).

Cooking Guidelines
1.Boil de SIAM rice noodles in hot water for about 5 Minutes (until slightly soft). Drain the noodles and keep aside. Heat 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry 8-10 fresh medium sized shrimp, cleaned and deveined (or 200g of direct tofu).
2. Crack in 1 egg. Stir well until cooked. Add the rice noodles.
3. Pour Pad Thai Sauce (included in this set). Stir-fry for 5 minutes until cooked through. Garnish with bean sprouts and coriander. Serve with lemon wedges.
